Sample Forms for an NRG
There are no "official" forms for an NRG. Use these as they are or modify to suit your taste or needs.
However, to promote consistency in terminology used especially as we build out our NRG communications network to be able to help each other sharing medical resources, medical teams and search and rescue teams, it's important we use the same terminology. If neighboring NRG clusters are relaying communications, or listening in to stronger radio signals, the NRG name in the call sign will help geographically identify the caller as well as to which NRG it belongs.

Radio Call Signs:
"[Insert NRG Name] CT" (formerly "Incident Command"). "CT" can stand for either Control Team or Command Team. For e.g., Mariner Cove CT or Via La Cumbre CT.
Block Captains: Please refer to your cluster, block or zone as: "[insert NRG Name] [Insert block, cluster or zone #___]". For e.g., the block captain of "Via La Cumbre 12" would check in with "Via La Cumbre CT" to let its CT know the block captain is actively surveying Cluster 12.
Medical Teams: Please refer to your medical team as: "[Insert NRG Name ] Med Team #___"
Search and Rescue "SAR" Teams: Please refer to your search and rescue team as "[Insert NRG Name] SAR Team #___"
Self-Activating CERT Team: Please refer to your CERT team as designated by CERT Command Team.
